We love to work with florals that have varying texture and impact — hydrangeas, delphiniums, dahlias, calla lilies, roses, cascading orchids, amaranthus and anthuriums to name a few! But what matters most to us is learning what you love. Whether you have a clear concept or need a little inspiration, we’re here to guide you every step of the way, creating a fully customised design that reflects your style and story.

Our full wedding styling service takes a holistic approach — curating the visual story across every element of your day so that it not only looks stunning, but feels immersive and intentional in person. Through a collaborative process, we define your vision and bring it to life. From mood boards and design concepts to sourcing linens, furniture, candles, signage and more, we manage the creative details so you don’t have to. We also handle all logistics of hire items as well as execute set up and pack down on the day. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy the magic of a beautifully styled celebration.

For couples seeking a refined yet simplified approach, this service focuses on all tablescape elements to enhance your wedding’s overall reception atmosphere. We’ll carefully curate and style any reception table details, ensuring a beautifully cohesive tablescape design that complements your vision. This option provides an elegant touch, handles setup and pack down while keeping styling more budget-friendly.

After looking over your enquiry we will reach out within 1-2 business days to schedule a consultation call where we will dive deeper into your dream event and get to know each other better. Here we can discuss colours, styling, florals and everything else that will tie it all together.
02. Consultation
We will then provide you with a formal quote and proposal and a 30% non-refundable deposit request to secure your special date.
03. Formal Proposal
10 weeks prior to the wedding day, we will touch base to confirm all details are correct.

Why would I need a stylist for my wedding?
Yes, absolutely. We understand that your vision may evolve throughout the planning process. While your overall spend remains the same, you're welcome to refine your design direction—including colours, styling elements, and floral choices—up to 12 weeks before your wedding. This allows us time to source and plan with care, ensuring everything aligns beautifully on the day.

Can I change my mind about designs (e.g. colours, styles, flower types) after we’ve booked?
Great question, however, no - the styling fee covers our creative direction, design development, and on-the-day execution. Hire items such as furniture, tableware, linens, and decorative pieces are an additional cost. We’ll work closely with you to establish a hire budget that suits your overall spend and help you track it carefully, ensuring every element feels intentional—without going overboard.

Does your styling fee cover the cost of our hire items too?
We generally accept bookings up to 18 months in advance, and we recommend reaching out at least 6 months prior to your wedding to avoid disappointment. If you're planning a wedding during the popular months of April, May, September or October, we encourage you to get in touch as early as possible, as these dates tend to book out quickly.
